TDEE Calculator does not require an account and does not ask for personally identifying information to use the calculator shell. The current experience runs in your browser so body-input fields and activity selections do not need to be sent to an application server in this release.

Calculator inputs

Inputs such as sex, age, height, weight, activity level, and optional body fat percentage are handled client-side. They are not stored on our servers in this release, and there is no saved profile or account database attached to the calculator.

Local device data

The app may use normal browser behavior to render the site, load fonts, and keep the interface responsive. The calculator is not a medical record system, so you should not enter private medical history or sensitive health narratives into any field.

Cookies

The core TDEE calculator experience does not require cookies. If future analytics or advertising tools introduce cookies or similar technologies, this policy will describe what changed and whether additional consent controls are needed.

Pages such as the TDEE guide library may link to other resources over time. External sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy applies only to TDEE Calculator.

Updates

If the privacy posture changes materially in a future release, the public policy page will be updated alongside the product. You can also review the terms of use or return to the calculator.
